Kim Marshall is a mother of 2, and founder of Roots & Wings Childhood.
In 2020 Kim left her career as a classroom teacher because she realized the best way to help children was to support the people who care for children; parents and educators.
For 20 years she has been supporting families and protecting childhood. Kim is an advocate for a child-centred model of holistic education. This training offers innovation in leadership to those who acknowledge the current models aren't working and wants to access their next level of expansion. Welcome to a new way.
Kim has a Masters degree in education and has leadership training from Harvard's Graduate School of Education. She is trained in somatic therapies and trauma informed practice through the Jai Institute for Parenting. She has a parent coaching practice online and lives with her family in Halifax, Canada.
